With over two decades of experience at the intersection of climate strategy and the built environment, I provide a rare depth of technical expertise to Hudson Valley, Northwestern Connecticut, and Southern Berkshire homeowners. My career has been defined by a single mission: bridging the gap between ambitious sustainability goals and the meticulous execution required to achieve them.

 

Before launching april, I led high-stakes sustainability engagements with global organizations, managing annual portfolios of up to $1.8M. My work ranged from developing a 130-point decarbonization framework for a multi-billion dollar retailer to community-scale energy efficiency programs in New York City. This background in GHG accounting and climate risk allows me to see a building not just as a structure, but as a high-functioning system.

 

My commitment to sustainable living is personal. I helped design one of the first NGBS Emerald-certified homes in North Carolina—a passive-solar, all-electric residence focused on air-tightness and occupant health. Today, I am applying those same rigorous standards to the region, currently managing the complex historic renovation of a 19th-century Victorian in Hudson, NY.
